Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund process.

  Ship to muzi ᴡᴏʀᴋꜱ

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
